Aspire Education Services uses Aspire Automation as an internal tool to assist with scheduling, client communication, and tutoring-session reminders.

Information We Access

Aspire Automation may access information from authorized Google services, including Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Sheets.

This information may include:

  • Calendar event names, dates, and times

  • Client contact information stored in Google Sheets

  • Email addresses

  • Information necessary to create and send tutoring reminders

How Information Is Used

Google user data is used only to provide the functionality of Aspire Automation, including identifying upcoming tutoring sessions and sending scheduling or reminder communications.

Aspire Education Services does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.

Data Sharing

Google user data accessed by Aspire Automation is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties except when necessary to provide the requested functionality or when required by law.

Data Storage and Security

OAuth authorization credentials used by Aspire Automation are stored securely on systems controlled by Aspire Education Services. Access is limited to authorized users.

Client and scheduling information remains within the systems used by Aspire Education Services, including Google Workspace services and locally operated automation software.

Google API Services

Aspire Automation's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
