Cancellation Policy

Non-emergency cancellations: please give me notice the day before your session. Sessions cancelled the day before the scheduled session will not be charged for. For example, if a session is on a Thursday, cancelling for any reason at any time on Wednesday or before will not result in a late charge. Sessions cancelled the day of the scheduled session will be charged for at the rate of the full session.

Emergency cancellations: no charge will be applied regardless of when the session is cancelled. Common examples of emergency cancellations include illness, accidents, and family needs.

This policy allows me to best serve all of my clients as session openings are often in short supply, so I appreciate your understanding. Of course, please reach out with any questions or concerns.
